We no longer use his services. Was my family's physician because we felt he was concerned and knowledgeable. However, his practice has changed over the last couple of years. His practice has become more concerned with office efficiency than with the concerns of the patients. Visits are often extended in wait times, both in the lobby and in the room, physicals are now cursory and minimal, most on going concerns are referedl to a specialist for treatment, then follow up visits often seem to be only to count for another visit to find out what the specialist has ordered/recommended.-- Staff(physician & medical assistants)turnover is frequent and often poorly trained. Many times they do not give the concerned care patients expected. His family members are sometimes used as stand-ins and in need or training. When a patient has a concern that is more than a basic medical issue, he to refer to refer to a specialist rather than address the problem. I no longer see him and have moved on.

I have been seeing Dr Kim for several years and really love his bedside manners. He takes the time to explain what's going on and all the possible ways to treat. In my opinion Dr Kim is heaven sent.

Thorough. Knowledgeable. Attentive to details of overall health problems. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

Seems to do the bare minimum for general checkup and not very personable.
