Dr. David Le, MD

I like him he's very knowledgeable

I enjoyed my first visit to get to know Dr. David Le. I felt he was very professional and polite. He listened. The waiting time in his office was not long. We talked a little about his background as an American with a Vietnamese heritage. I'm glad he serves people in the Waller area. His staff have been pleasant in all my dealings with them. He. a hidden gold nugget.

While Dr Le, himself, is a good and caring physician, he does not supervise his staff well. Over the past several years, each request including refills require at least 2 follow up calls with little or no response. My husband needed reports sent to a specialist. He reiterated to Dr Lee that the report had to be sent. My husband remains in dreadful pain awaiting for the reports to be sent. Dr Le’s office still has NOT sent the report after 2 weeks Dr Le assured my husband that he would send the report himself that day. So calling to follow up and get the report so I can hand carry it, no answer and voice mail is full.

Dr Lee LISTENS to the patient. Have been his patient since 2008 and have never been disappointed with the care provide.

Very slow to respond. Abandoned my mother and father during COVID crisis. I have been trying to reach out to him for more than two weeks just to get refill for asthma and blood pressure medication with no response. We called tens of times, left online requests and even drove by the office few times. Vanished during critical time. Completely unprofessional behavior and I don't know how to change their PCP during these times.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Le! As a cancer survivor who is now in remission for the last nine years, I have had to change primary care doctors numerous times since 2010. I found Dr. Le about 18 months ago and am beyond thrilled to have him caring for me. He is very personable. He listens intently to my concerns and spends extra time with me if necessary. No other doctor has ever been this caring, knowledgeable or truly concerned about me. I highly recommend Dr. Le!

I have seen this doctor for many, many yrs. He is a personable physician. I appreciate his retention of staff. I have sent him several referrals. Everyone likes this man.

Very slow to respond to phone requests for medications. Let my dad leave the hospital without continuing his antibiotics. Only have several angry calls did he issue a script of antibiotics two days after departing the hospital. Staff is awful and can almost never get a human on the phone. Dr. Le is generally a good man, but surrounded by a useless group of people. He has good bedside manner, but doesn't always follow through with what he says.

Dr. David Le has been our families doctor since 1999. He is an outstanding doctor and his staff matches his commitment.

Dr.Le is very personable. He takes the time to explain to you what is wrong and he discusses the best treatment options.
