Dr. David Mai, DPM

Dr. Mai office is a nice and friendly atmosphere is not like any other doctor. He is compassionate with his patients and really goes the extra mile to accommodate their needs. Dr. Mai is exceptionally good at determining or analysis of the cause or nature of your symptom, problem or situation depending on the conditions of injury. Love the fact that he has an easy-going personality which allows you to ask as many questions as necessary. He gives you all the options and allows you to choose which works best for you and at the same time explains what procedures he will be doing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mai is not very thorough. Diagnosed my issues with a glance by his "assistant". Did not resolve my problems and seemed to overcharge

I was overcharged $350 on a doctor's visit and they are not trying to resolve the problem and send me the over payment back. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Mai is excellent. Practically no waiting time. Very courteous, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Knowledge of the use of simple over the counter medicines to cure ailments instead of extremely expensive medication. Does not need to use gloves so he can feel the foot better and get a more close up assessment of the affliction, of course he washes his hands after the examination. Would recommend him to anyone. Five stars.

Dr. Mai is an incredible doctor. Hands down the only person I would trust to operate on my broken ankle. Dr. Mai is not like any other doctor. Throughout the whole process he was amazingly patient and generously kind and I knew I chose the best doctor the moment I walked into his office.

Short time for my appoinment, he don't use gloves, he bring the instrument for nails whitout protection. Really , he takes my money and my insurance for nothing and any quality.

Dr. Mai saved me after a extremely bad experience with a podiatrist who did not appropriately diagnosis me I have been working with Dr. Mai for over 2 years. He has a easy going personality which allows you to ask as many questions as necessary. He gives you all the option and allows you to choose which works best for you. He also educates you on what procedures he will be doing.. I have referred my friends who also have been pleased with his services. I don't write reviews but he is special.

I did not feel comfortable with this doctor or his treatment plan. At no time did he ask about current medications or current medical conditions. He prescribed something that would have given me a bad reaction since I'm on other medications. The whole place seemed shady because they discouraged me from using my own pharmacy and sent my rx to a shady pharmacy. Stay away. He doesn't know what he's doing. The doctor didn't even X-ray or examine my foot, yet issued a diagnosis and prescribed meds!
