Best Doctor Ever
I am writing this review, not as a patient, but as a former student. I happened to work closely with the man for several years. He is a leader in his field and a pioneer of psychopharm who's career has presided over the greatest expansion in that area of practice. I was lucky to have worked with him and learned from one of the great doctors of the region. His skill in child and adolescent psychiatry as well as addiction is probably what he is most known for.

Dr. Margulies has been an invaluable asset to my family. He has been treating my seven year old son for two years now who he diagnosed with ADHD and ODD. Words do not express not only the professional support he has given, but the emotional support we have received each step of the way. Dr. Margulies has gone beyond his "call of duty" when an adult in my family was having a difficulty. He took the time out of his vacation to talk to me and call his office to offer support for them.

My 13 year old son says Dr. Margulies saved his life and I couldn’t agree more. After months of searching for help and ineffective therapy, Dr. M was able to immediately diagnose his OCD and give him immediate, effective treatment. My son went from living every day in fear to a happy and active child. Forever grateful!!

Dr. Margulies has been great as we have worked through my child's issues. We work hand in hand to ensure we address their issues while trying to minimize any side effects. I appreciate that he does not jump to quickly w meds, but slowly works through our options till we find the right medication at the lowest effective dose. Sometimes finding the right med/med combo can be a daunting process & I appreciate that he has always taking the process seriously, & takes the time to listen to my concerns
