Dr Martin obviously doesn't value anyone's time other than his own. His response, upon seeing me more than 60 mins after my scheduled appt - "It may be an hour or two you may have to wait; if you are going to get bent out of shape because of how long it may take to be seen, you may need to seek another medical provider".

He is incredible. He is extremely informed about gut health. He addressed issues that I had not been able to get resolved with my GP@Pinehurst Medical. He listened and really gave me hope. He also talked with my husband and explained my situation. He is very caring and very efficient. He has has knowledge of many things about gut health that most doctors here just brush off or are totally uninformed about. He continues to study and learn and he keeps his mind open for new knowledge. He is not stuck in only the knowledge he gained upon med school graduation as many doctors weve dealt with seem to be. I highly recommend him.

I called the clinic for an acute episode and was seen the next morning by Dr Martin's Nurse Practitioner. She took a detailed history, did a check, spoke with Dr. Martin and came back within a few minutes outlining a plan of action. The Nurse Practitioner and the nursing staff showed empathy towards my extreme distress and knowledge in knowing that I ws in good hands. Thank you Dr. Martin's Team.

The worst and most painful colonoscopy of my life! I had a horrible Crohn's flare up following the procedure, where I had been in remission before seeing Dr Martin. He is uncaring, and doesn't treat Crohn's patients with respect, and gives nothing for pain relief. All he cares about is doing the scopes to get your money, Unconcerned about your needs.

After waiting over an hour, Dr. Martin came in and as soon as he read the word nausea in my referral, he wasn't interested in anything but fitting me into his area of interest dx--microbial overgrowth of the small intestine even though my symptoms and risk factors were not a good fit. I has been referred because my PCP felt that gall bladder issues were causing the nausea and pain. He told me I was a difficult patient and abruptly referred me to a surgeon and left. Worst doctor I've ever had
