I was a patient for 7 years. He never cared about me and always prescribed the wrong medicine. I was so happy to hear he is leaving PENSACOLA. Good riddance!!

Dr. Martin has been my primary care doctor for years. He is smart and thorough. He takes as much time as I need and is a good listener. I highly recommend him. He is a skilled Physician.

Dr. Martin's staff does not exhibit compassionate care. My appointment was cancelled due to their schedule. In the meantime, I had a prescription that they were contacted for by my pharmacy. I am sure they refused to fill it because I had not rescheduled my appointment as I was waiting until after the Christmas rush to do my labs and reschedule. I called 1 or 2 days after the scrip lapsed. I have been through a nightmare trying to get enough pills until their office reopens after Christmas

Never makes eye contact, is always typing on his computer. Over 5 years, he has never "warmed up" or developed a more familial relationship with me. Farms everything out via a referral to another doctor. Never orders blood work in advance of the annual appointment, and then no ones calls after the appointment to share the lab results. Seems to require unnecessary appointments in order to file costs against insurance companies. His employees have poor attitudes and poor phone skills.

Dr. Martin seemed a bit shy when we first started as his patients. I told the staff he didn't seem to be involved, however, I am shocked at the evals listed before mine. Over several years, he has become a warm, interested physician. We wouldn't trade him for any other internist!

Takes forever to get an appointment. Even worse, he just cut back on the days of the week he's seeing patients. Although he is an internist, Dr. Martin farms everything out to specialist. I couldn't recommend him. It's as if he doesn't care anymore.

Friendly, professional, and listens to what your concerns are. Asks questions and will not send you for unnecessary test. His Nurse Practitioner is knowledgeable and has requested test that proved to be spot on in diagnosing problems.

Dr Martin rarely makes eye contact. He forgets to order correct labs & made errors on Rx orders. He's so busy typing when I am talking that it feels that he is only half listening; which could be the reason for the errors.
