Dr. David Miller, DDS

The working conditions for the staff are deeply troubling. They face a hazardous and insufficient environment, with extreme overwork, inadequate pay, and severe understaffing. Dr. Miller's behavior is particularly alarming. While he does possess average medical skills, He's driven by greed, consistently putting his financial interests before anything else. Moreover, attempts to offer constructive feedback are consistently ignored, leaving patients unfairly burdened by his and his team's deficiencies, which ultimately stem from his lack of leadership. If he can't safeguard the well-being of his own staff, how can we trust him to take care of us?

The staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Miller was very caring and made my experience great.

My mom is 95 and has cancer and dementia, not to mention her heart valve replacement issues. Dr. Miller showed such concern and compassion towards her oral surgical issues I couldn’t believe it. He took the time to get details from her cardiologist to make sure he wasn’t putting her at risk doing oral surgery and tooth root removal. She did well and recovery was great as was his follow up calls after the procedure. You simply can’t beat Dr. Miller. He is a excellent example of what people should expect from their oral surgeon.

As a nurse, I am familiar with medical procedures, so I look for specific things when members of my family are receiving healthcare. I was quite pleased with Dr. Miller's practice, staff and Dr. Miller himself. Every step was accompanied with clear instructions, not only verbally, but written in a concise and clear manner. He personally reviewed the procedure with my son and I, answering all questions. He was never impatient and I felt comfortable asking questions. The surgery went well with no complications. He personally spoke with me after the procedure to ensure I understood the next steps and was comfortable with the follow up care. His entire staff, from reception to nurses, pre- and post-surgical, were exceptional. While I hope I do not need his services in the future, he will definitely be my choice. I recommend his office without reservation.
