This is one of the best doctors my husband has ever had. He explains everything thoroughly. He runs all tests needed. The staff is also very good.

If he really cared for veterans he would see you even when you are 1 minute late. Anyone who goes to this clinic knows how tricky it is going back east on 54. Had appointment at 8 am on 11 Oct.2018, took approx. 8 min to make turn due to traffic. Got inside clinic at 12 after and by the time I waited to check in, check in time as 16 after. Sat for approx. 20 minutes before I was told Dr. Moot would not se me due to 1 minute late. Rest of clinic and staff seem really good. Thanks Step and Tina.

I would be very cautious in his level of diagnostics abilities, i would not recommend him to anybody!

Dr. Mook could care less about the patients . All he wants is the $. If you get sicker, that isn't his problem. He is not to be trusted!

NO way in shape or form would I recommend this Dr. He does not care about patients problems because he is to busy typing. He is only worried about how to gt you off pain medication not addressing the issues that have you on pain medication. He will only send you for x-rays when Mri is what you need to see what real issue is. He rushes through the apportionment like you and your issues don't matter. Next to impossible to get a apportionment with him in a reasonable time frame. Do not use him.
