Been a patient of his for about 5 years, and I shouldn't have stayed that long. The last visit is the straw that broke the camel's back. I made an appointment because I've been having pain in my knees. He basically tells me that I needed to exercise. Doesn't even examine my knees. He lists all my complaints over the years (I've got bad hips and lower back pain, had surgery on my shoulder for a tear) and makes the comment about us being the same age, implying that I shouldn't be having these issues. Doesn't even ask what I do for a living. This is how out of touch and clueless most Dr.s are, I've worked factory jobs (heavy lifting, on my feet all day) my entire life, I think my body has been under more stress than his ever thought of being. What's the heaviest thing these doctors carry around all day? Their laptop? I feel like he doesn't take me seriously. Time to move on.

Dr. Napier is one of the best doctors regarding patient care that I have seen. He was my mother's physician for several years. Her advanced state of dementia has now resulted in placement in a nursing home out-of-state. Aside from his excellence as a medical practitioner, he has the wisdom, patience, and kindness to deal with patients who are not easy, and very demanding. My mother is quite deaf, but he made sure she understood everything. My gratitude for him and his staff has no bounds.
