Thorough, generally up to speed with new insulins and treatments, great notes. I don't want someone to micromanage my diabetes care. I want someone to talk with me about new treatment options and updates in the field. Dr. Ni did this, listens well, and offers good advice. I am much happier with him than several previous physicians. Overall the office staff is mediocre but Ni is great.

He is very rushed and rude, He does not explain what tests mean. I have put up with his lack of courtesy for a number of years but, when he blamed me because I didn't have copies of recent lab tests that was the last straw. I believe this practice rushes patients through to get as much money as possible and they don't really care about the person. I am looking for a endocrinologist that cares about my battle with Hypothyroid since age 5.

I’ve always been seen in a timely fashion at his office and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . He allows me to play an active roll in my treatment for type 2 diabetes. I have been a patient of Dr. Ni for approx. 2yrs. I am totally satisfied. I find him to be exceptionally knowledgeable in the field of Endocrinology. He's very thorough and takes the time to call me to discuss test results. I have a great sense of comfort with Dr. Ni. and the staff members are caring and very considerate.

One star rating is too generous. The entire set up of the practice is inefficient for Rx management and you can just tell by the way that their phone service works that they have no respect for your time. I have put up with this for years but after dealing with 1hr+ wait times and subpar care in appointments I am finally fed up. Dr Ni doesn't want to answer questions and does not seem to be caught up on the latest technology and advancement in diabetes. I have given him several chances...

I do not recommend this Doctor unless you want to wait an hour+ in the waiting room and then feel rushed in your appointment. Additionally, his staff is rude. Prescription management for a diabetic with this office is complete hassle. Prescription refills take days and you normally do not receive a response on the first request. Dr Ni was not well versed in diabetic technology. He seems like he is just checking boxes on a form so that he can get a check from you and the insurance company.

Dr. Ni is a fantastic doctor. I was switched to him after my other endocrinologist left the practice, and he has always been very patient, informative and pleasant. I would highly recommend him.

My first couple of appointments he seemed ok and I thought he was thorough. But these last 3 or 4 appointments, he has seemed to be rude and annoyed. He doesn't listen well and just seems rushed and like he hates his job. After one rushed appt that was at the end of the day, he rushed out to the nurse and said "lock the doors, don't let anyone else in" I have seen him so many times throughout a late miscarriage and another pregnancy and he always acts indifferent or impersonal to me like I'm an

I recently discovered I have a tumor on my pituitary. I purposefully stayed off of Google to keep myself calm. I expected a thorough run down of what this could be, what it means typically, and how to treat it. I got none of that from Dr. Ni. Instead, he yelled at me for being worried. He was more concerned about data entry than he was explaining my condition. It's been 2 weeks since I had blood work & I am STILL waiting for a returned call to have it explained. Unacceptable. Disappointing.

Excellent Doctor, great experience! Dr. Ni is very quick and extremely thorough. He absorbs a lot of information and provides a lot of helpful advice. I am a new patient. He called me at home to go over the results of my blood test and sonogram--over the holidays. Not a lot of doctors would do that. He also gave me good, complete answers to all of my questions. His office called me later that day to schedule an appointment six months from now. My office visit was cordial, thorough, nice.
