I wish he was better
I had a long wait after my lung tests and I am very patient. I almost left after I waited over an hour in the patient room (does not include waiting room). While he technically explains things well and has had high recommendation from my PCP, I wish he was better at following through. I have had telemedicine appts since. The last ended up of a repeat of the first telemedicine. He repeated everything from last appointment and never followed through with checking with lab why they were missing results test for me and never refilled my medication that he prescribed. So twice I asked for refill and lab issue and still no response. But they want me to have another appointment. I am thankful for getting on CPAP for sleep apnea but based on my last appointments, is he even monitoring my progress or treatment? No point in leaving messages with his medical team because I get no reply. Front desk is nice and returns messages. But as far as treatment goes, I wish he was better at following up.

One of the best
I have been a patient of Dr Nyanjom since 2006 and over the years, I have realized that he is one of probably 3 doctors in my life I have ever actually trusted. His medical knowledge is second to none, and he listens to understand what is going on with you before he comes up with a treatment path. His demeanor is that of a friend that is there to save your life. Given the chance, he will. Simply the best. I travel 60 miles to continue to see him and do so gladly.

I was initially satisfied, however, that quickly changed. I was told a provider would contact me within a week to arrange delivery of my medical equipment. After 10 days with no contact, I phoned the office and left a voice message. That was nearly a month ago. I've left 4 voice messages, and still no return phone call from the office, nor contact from the provider. My current equipment is now broken, and I can't replace it without an RX from the doctor. Extremely dissatisfied.
