Dr. Olvera, first of all, came into the room right on time at my scheduled time! He was very personable and kind. He explained everything very well and I look forward to seeing him again!

DR. OLVERA HAS THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER. HE MAKES YOU FEEL AT EASE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO YOU.

Dr. Olvera takes time to sit down with you & explain the issue & treatment plan for your best outcome. His nurse Brent is wonderful too. I recommend this office to anyone that I feel would benefit.

Im usually put through pretty fast. The nurse explained everything great. Dr Olivera is great. Helping my pain in my neck and back.

I was ushered back to a room right on time. The nurse was polite, professional and efficient. Dr. Olvera came in right after the nurse was done. He's been working with me on my knee pain. He is organized, efficient, friendly, professional. He really listens and cares. Best pain dr I've been to!

Dr. David Olvera is a very compassionate man. He spends time with you and is not rushing out the door. From first visit I knew I was seeing the right person. We had a plan from day 1 how we were going to tackle my chronic pain.

I would not recommend him. The first visit and injections were perfect. Then came the 2nd visit and I felt rushed. During my 2nd set of injections I was suppose to be sedated and was not, I even brought to his attention (while he was busy joking and cutting up with the RN and Xray Tech) and he still injected me while awake. Very painful. This caused me to be referred to the ER the following day by his nurse due to the excruciating pain which was unbearable. I missed 2 days of work and still in pain the 4th day in. His nurse was not compassionate at all. I am livid of this type of outcome when it comes to my health and well being.

After being in pain every day for 9 month, after an injury, I can say I’m pain free thanks to Dr Olvera. He is professional, kind and truly concerned for the well being of his patients. After explaining my choices he stepped me through the procedure that finally gave me relief. His scheduling team is professional as well as his front office team. He is an excellent physician!

I have been seeing Dr Olvera for several years my first visit went very well. Dr Olvera spent 20+minutes with me going through my history and he was the first doctor in many years that general cares about my health. He's a doctor that will order tests so he knows exactly how to treat you. My only complaint would be I wish he could be my PCP, also. Today's doctors seem not to care about you or really listen to what you have to say. I would highly recommend Dr Olvera.

I have no complaint about this doctor, he seemed very nice and very professional. However, I have the upmost content for the scheduling staff. After 13 days since I saw the doctor in which he indicated he would schedule my procedure, no one had contacted me or even attempted to reach out to let me know what was going on. After contacting my insurance company and finding out no request for pre-authorization had been made in the 13 days, I contacted the business office of the provider.

I loved Dr Olvera when he was here in Beaumont. I cried when I finally found a dr to help me and was so sad when he took a job in Tyler. He was an excellent PM dr for me, letting me make the decisions about my healthcare and not pushing me into anything until I was ready. Sure miss him.

I met with Dr Olvera and scheduled 3 injections. All of my appointments before the injections were perfect. I thought I had found a doctor who cared. They could not do the 1st injection due to high blood sugar. He was in the next room but never came out to give me any other options. I called his office the next day and his "nurse" was rude, non caring and basically told me I was out of luck getting any relief from their office. So I am hurting with no relief in site.

Very professional listens to your problems and addresses them. Would highly recommed to friends and family. Very kind hearted!
