Terrible Stay Away
Here is my opinion this guy is a bad bad Dr. Worst Dr ever. Did my hip I was in terrible pain for a few years. Was in hospital for sixteen days for hip replacement. Drained my knee with NOT even numbing it. I was screaming in pain. Woke up from surgery with my knee swollen the size of a watermelon strange since it was my hip was replaced . He is absolute terrible Dr in my opinion. Has bounced all around over the years different practices. He should have his license revoked. Had three hip surgeries in nine months because of this so called Dr. Finally had revision by a different Dr and recovered. Had my other hip replaced last year went home the same day no issues. This guy is a menace to the medical field . STAY FAR AWAY AND FIND A GOOD DR

Scam
Went to see Dr Padden when experiencing severe pain in my right knee. After some tests and his exam he said the knee cap in my right knee replacement had loosened and needed corrective surgery. How lucky am I that the hospital decided not to accept my insurance. After weeks waiting wearing a brace I realized after increasing my prednisone the pain was subsiding. I still thought I should trust Dr Padden. Well days before schduled. surgery I received a call from his office. Hospital decided not to accept my insurance and if I still wanted to procede I'd have to front thousands of dollars. After calling my insurance company I was reassured it would be covered completely. I decided to cancel the surgery see my surgeon back in Buffalo. I forwarded all my tests. Had a complete checkup of the leg to be told. I have additional arthritis and the replacement is fine. No surgery. Thank goodness hospital decided to reject my insurance. Dr Padden...Never again.

0 stars! I Went in for a hip replacement in May of 2019 and woke up unable to move my left foot. I had sustained nerve damage to my lower leg and foot thanks tho Padden's incompetence.. Now my foot is paralyzed, I am basically handicapped, dragging my left foot to walk because the nerves have been damaged by the surgery. 2 Years and 11 months later, I have the same pain, neuropathy, numbness, swelling and crippled foot that i woke up with that day, and zero quality of life. I was an active 54 year old and now I limp around and can do none of the athletic activities I’ve done all my life. I can't even take my dogs for a walk. He Ruined my life!

Dr Padden is my hero. He gave me a chance to regain some quality of life when all others were too afraid or resistant to trying to help me with a hip replacement! I am now almost completely off using my walker, have lost 20+ lbs, pain level is a quarter of what is was and able to participate in the world around me with a feeling of getting a second chance. Dr Padden took a thoughtful look at the total patient and did what was needed for the patient not just the Doctors bottom line. His positive attitude and encouragement as well as his surgical skill …I can not say enough about!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Padden

New patient with long term chronic joint issues. Gorgeous spacious state of the art office. Staff were great. Was impressed with the level of sincere empathy and concern that Dr. Padden exhibited. He took extensive time to discuss and explain my joint related issues. He used bone and joint models to further clarify his explanation. On a personal level, Dr. Padden is very easy to discuss issues with. He makes you feel from the get go that your presence in his office, and your satisfaction with the outcome, are very important to him. Prior to my visit, naturally checkout his reviews, and as importantly, checked out his educational background and medical training history. All 5 star! I walked around in unnecessary pain for quite a long time. Wish I found him sooner.

In my experience and opinion worst Dr ever. Stay very far away from this guy. Had my hip replacement done robotically spent eleven days in hospital in horrible pain. Then five days in a rehap facility. Hip surgery you should be home in a day or two. He is the worst Dr and this is the worst experience in my life. Finally went to another Great Dr that completely redid my surgery and did a great job fixing my hip and getting out of the unbelievable pain I was in. Please do your research so many really good Dr's out there. Also found out hip replacement is generally NOT done robotically. Save yourself a lot of pain and find another alternative to this Dr.
