rude doctor and staff
I recently underwent a colonoscopy, and while the check-in process was somewhat lengthy and inconvenient, it was manageable. However, after the procedure, I encountered an issue. Upon waking from anesthesia, I sat up and waited for a few minutes without any staff attending to me. Given that I had been fasting for approximately 1.5 days, I asked a nurse at the station if I could have some food. They refused, citing concerns over nausea from the anesthesia, which I assured them would not be an issue. At one point, the nurse even laughed at my situation, which I found extremely unprofessional. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction with how I was being treated. This interaction led the nurse to inform the doctor, who then approached me to address my “inappropriate behavior” and remind me about how I should speak to the staff. Inappropriate behavior is the staff's dismissive behavior like laughing is what was really the issue. I ended up leaving immediately

Primary care physician to me to make appointment with Dr who performed colonoscopy. I got the why did you make an appointment with me when you originally saw someone else. I only did you colonoscopy. I have been on medication for bacterial overgrowth several years ago and felt he was a little dismissive with what I had to say.
