Wonderful Customer Service
My visit was absolutely wonderful! Dr Palmer was very professional and personal. He came in and greeted me and my husband by introducing himself and shaking our hands. He sat down with us prior to examine my knee and also told me what my next steps would be. You don’t have many physicians that still give that personal bedside treatment. Thank you Dr a Palmer and staff

Shoulder injury
Both Dr Palmer and his PA Lyle are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. Patient in answering my questions. They were great at listening to what was important to me as far as what I wanted to do athletically in the future and this helped guide the conversation and their ultimate treatment recommendations. Obviously I don't want to be in the position of scheduling surgery but after meeting with them, I am absolutely certain I am taking the correct path and will be able to perform athletically at a high level after surgery. Amazing staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my orthopedic problems

Very relatable
My visit with Dr. Palmer was a follow up to an appointment earlier in the year where I was diagnosed with bad arthritis in both knees and bone on bone. He took the time to address all of my questions as well as treatment options. We left the follow up open to when I was ready to take the next step. During yesterday's follow up I received cortisone injections. Again I wasn't pushed or pressure into the next follow up as the Dr. explained that the shot effect different people differently. Appreciated his one on one approach. Never felt forced or one size fits all. Would highly recommend Dr. Palmer.

Personable Manner, Did Not Push Surgery
After a handshake & pleasant conversation, Dr. Palmer talked about my knee X-ray results. He asked what medical care I wanted from him concerning my very arthritic, bone on bone knees. I asked about getting a shot in each knee, due to my hesitation about surgery at this time. He obliged and the cortisone injections have helped. He said that I should not have the surgery until I was ready.

Good experience thus far
I saw Dr. Palmer for a worker's comp follow-up. He made me feel very comfortable by sitting in the chair opposite of me and having more of conversation about the plan of care. He gave me options and allowed me to go with what I felt was right for me. He is also seen in a closer facility and he gave me the option to see him there. So far, so good. I am looking forward to getting better with his care and guidance. His team in the back are very friendly as well. I couldn't remember their names, but the two young ladies were sweet. The young lady who issued the walker was patient & informative. Thanks!

Great Physician and Person
The knee guru is great at all orthopedic procedures! Dr. Palmer cares about his patients and always takes time to listen to my concerns. He is a Faithful Servant and a Child of God! His confidence in his abilities is evident in his face and with his demeaner. He truly is a great doctor and a better person. I'm proud to call a man like him a friend. You only have to meet him once and you will call him a friend too. His staff is top notch. They just care!!
