Dr. Paolini is one of the besr drs ive seen in yrs. He is straightforward, but still kind and empathetic. I could see he genuinely cared about what I personally was feeling and what would be the besr options. I look forward to addressing my health issues with him as part of my care team.

This doctor is the best I’ve seen in years. Very little wait time and he spent a lot of time explaining what I needed to change and why. He also explained in plain language what actually was going on inside my leg and how the blood clot was affecting blood flow. Not one recommendation from 3 previous doctors about wearing compression hose even when I asked about them. I was told they weren’t necessary. But Dr. Paolini explained why they were necessary and I started wearing one the same day as my first visit. He also said I could stop the blood thinners (after I’d been on them for 6 months) and why it was ok to stop them. Dr. Paolini was really informative and he spent a lot of time explaining my condition to me. I will certainly recommend this excellent doctor to anyone needing a vascular specialist. Thank you for such excellent care! Kind, caring, compassionate amend knowledgeable. Can’t get any better than that!

Every doctor told my mom she needed her leg amputated. He did a bypass and saved her leg. He then saved her from losing her other foot. The guy knows is stuff! Excellent physician! Compassionate.
