Disappointed
I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who was a long-term patient of Dr. Peters and trusted his care over the years. I accompanied my father only for his final appointment because he had been in good health and took excellent care of himself.During that visit, after routine blood work, I requested additional tests, including an ultrasound. Unfortunately, although the ultrasound revealed concerns, our family was not informed of these findings at that time. Later, my father was diagnosed with liver biliary cancer in the emergency room—a diagnosis that came too late. Tragically, he passed away only six weeks after that diagnosis. Throughout this process, Dr. Peters did not follow up with my father or our family.I share this experience in the hope that it serves as a reminder for patients to thoroughly research and consider all aspects of their healthcare.

Long wait time
I have been going to this office for about 20 years. Dr. Peters is competent, but the wait time is agonizing. My husband and I both have waited 45 minutes+ to see Dr. Peters. When I finally see him, the time spent with me is about 10-15 minutes. I feel like he is just complacent of my health concerns. I don't have a lot of health issues, but I'm getting older and feel like I'm being overlooked.

Best family doctor there is! Takes his time with patients. Makes sure he addressed their concerns. Respect patients and explains everything and show them the choices they have, instead of “you have this, take this prescription, bye”. He is Amazing. And kids love him. My daughter gets excited now when she has an appointment :)

Getting annoyed with his office. Whenever I go in, I wait an average of an hour, when the time I spend actually seeing Peters lasts about ten minutes. I have to call MULTIPLE TIMES to get his office to send refills to my pharmacy every month, and these are drugs I'm going to be on for the rest of my life. I'm lucky to get through by phone, I always tend to catch them on what seems like their two-hour lunch, or they turn off their phones early. I called today at 3, when their hours are listed as open until 4, and it when right to their "after hours" message. If I don't have to call multiple times to get a regular prescription filled, he requires me to either make an appointment or get several (unnecessary, in my opinion) tests done every single time. I feel like I am being nickel and dimed for mediocre service, at best. I am done. I have an eight month old son, and I am glad he is not his doctor, I would be terrified of what would happen in an emergency. I got a referral for a different

I am an RN and I see him. So do many others. He is great and friendly. Not an easy to find combination. I have a drive to get there but he's worth it.
