Dr. David Reavis, MD

I love Dr.Reavis he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. However, his staff turned away my mother ( also a patient for a few years with my recommendation) who was in excruciating pain ( history of ovary issues) because she did not have her copay. My mother stated she would leave her account info to put the payment through on Thursday (2 days away) and they told her to go to a walk in clinic, or the ATM back down the block. My mother did not deny she had a balance but was facing a hardship this week, and just would of paid her balance in two days. Working in healthcare myself we would never turn away a providers patient because they were facing a hardship. She was unaware of her balance because of other health issues this year, and this was unexpected emergency. Im so disappointed in how she was treated I nor my mother will be returning, and I encourage his staff to show more empathy and stop treating healthcare like a transaction. Im sure the practice makes plenty of money.

THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THIS OFFICE DR REAVIS AND HIS STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL , THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING SO YOU ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND

First male OB/GYN I ever had. Very respectful I absolutely adore dr Reavis!! The wait time is usually very long but his personality and compassion makes it worth it!

My regular OB was not on call the night I made an emergency call. They put me through with another practice and I got Dr Reavis. Since he initially said nothing I explained in detail what was going on. He rudely cut me off and said "stop talking, I will ask the questions." So I answered his questions. While speaking, he blatantly yawned in my face (twice). When he replied I could barely hear him. I informed him of the bad connection and he answered by obnoxiously responded, "understood?"

Dr Reavis is a friendly doctor however his office staff is very rude!! They did not understand that I didn't not have to pay my co-pay due to the fact I was coming in for birth control. I asked them to call my insurance company so they could explain it an the billing lady told me she didn't need them to explain anything to her. She proceeded to call an after they found out I didn't have to pay co-pay they changed the reason as to why I was coming in so that I would have to pay my co-pay.

Dr. Reavis is exquisite and the absolute best Ob/GYN I have ever encountered. Very fortunate to have found a Doctor we can trust.

Dr. Reavis's personality and professionalism are outstanding! He and his staff go out of their was to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
