Dr Ridley is the only specialist that has been able to help me. I highly recommend him. He's very intelligent and not afraid to approach complex medical conditions. He has given me hope! I could not thank him enough. I'm so glad I found him. He is wonderful and great bedside manner.

Extremely Unpleasant
Whatever you do, don't see this provider. As seen by myself and reflected in other reviews, Dr. Ridley has a massive ego. During the appointment, I could barely get in a word without him interjecting or berating my orthopedic surgeon. Despite having multiple imaging done confirming abnormalities, Dr. Ridley somehow believes I faked my illness and should see a psychologist. How I faked numerous MRIs and X-rays, who knows. Would strongly recommend another provider if you're a young woman. I don't understand how this clinic stays in business...

Told me there is basically no hope, said I was a “time bomb” no doctor wants to treat, he wouldn’t want to be me, and left me feeling like my life should just be over. He casually makes a diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos but rights down a referral to a pain clinic for a non billable mcode and psychosocial pain. I don’t know whether his ego or his condescending attitude was more defeating but I won’t be seeking care again. Congrats, I give up.

I was a patient of Dr Ridley for over 20 years he was so very kind and thorough with me He always explained my options and gave me time to decide. I no longer see him because my insurance no longer has him as a provider. I continue with his care plan with another Dr but it has been a struggle. I do believe without Dr Ridleys care I would no longer be here.

I was charged $1600 for a injection that I never received. My insurance was billed, but didn't pay due to our high deductible. Hopefully this was an error and not a common practice .

Went looking for a third opinion, after being told by 2 other rheumatologist that I would be on a particular medicine for years. As a 21 year old, not something i wanted to hear. Dr. Ridley actually made me feel like a partner in my health care. He gave me a list of other options to choose from and we were able to come to a decision together.

He took the time to get to know me, reviewed referral information confirmed, ordered his own tests and moved me straight forward for treatment! Thank you, that is what I needed for at least 6 months! Highly recommend Dr Ridley!

Total shill for big pharma - he'd rather prescibe 24k shots before exploring more traditional methods at least thats according to my current rheumatologist. Unkind and uncaring disposition. Always seems like he'd rather be doing something else. Lacks the organizational skills to compiete a method of treatment or simply neglects to share with patients. His staff is untrustworthy and sick of working for a miserable pathetic jerk while he's busy worrying about his tee times .DON'T DO IT!
