Dr. Rittenhouse is an excellent Dr. of Urology and Surgeon. He was my surgeon for my bladder surgery. Always caring, a listener, and straight advice. I look forward seeing him for my check ups. Have reccomended him to many friends and clients. He will also reccomended other top Dr's in their field of medicine for other treatments or procedures you may need. It was a blessing the my coworker father ( who was a Dr. and surgery patient of Dr. Rittenhouse), recommended him to me.

Exemplary, urologist, personable, top doctor, who has successfully treated my family for years. The physician assistants are excellent as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend.

I am still waiting on blood work results from over 2 years ago. He always seemed more interested in the kids that were trying to learn and not me. Went to new dr and had more done and biopsy of prostrate with no cancer. But dr R and his staff are lacking a lot for being a medical facility for sure. Wont recommend him or that place to anyone. On refills you might get them called in within a week. Staff there is terrible.

Waited in the patient "barnyard" for 70 minutes and then cancelled my appointment and got a refund. Will never be back - terrible business model - like a drive-in - surprised they don't have a Now Serving sign. Really question how I could possibly get quality individualized care in such a model where I am simply a number.

Doctor did not care when I told him I lacked confidence in his staff. Told me to go elsewhere after telling me I needed a cancer biopsy. Poorly trained staff mislabeled my specimen, sent my email to a wrong email address & had the nerve to call me & aggressively insist I gave the incorrect email address, then sent wrong appointment date. Avoid at all costs.

He doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! He does not care about the patient and will not return phone calls! My Dad had a turp procedure and he basically butchered him! I have never seen my Dad in so much pain!! We have been to the ER twice and Rittenhouse just tells them to order pain meds and he has not once called to check on him nor return any of the multiple messages we have left! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Dr. Rittenhouse lied to me. I had prostate cancer and he told me that the best option was Brachytherapy. He told me that the radiation would only affect the cancer but wasn’t strong enough to affect healthy cells. That wasn’t true. Now six years later the cancer is growing again and because the radiation DID affect healthy cells I’m facing a risky surgery that might cause me to lose my bladder as well as cause damage to my colon which in turn would make me have to get a colostomy. I got my medical records from him and he didn’t write down what he told me so I have no basis for a lawsuit. I also found a lot of mistakes, lies, and half truths in my record. Don’t believe anything this man tells you.

If you like to be seen close to your appointment time, find another doctor. We have had to wait 45+ minutes after the scheduled time at every appointment.

Dr. Rittenhouse performed my husband's vasectomy. He was professional and we are happy with the results. We had to wait almost a month for the initial consult but after that, it was smooth sailing. He was very friendly and made the process super easy.

I was never able schedule appointments. Elizabeth never answers her phone or returns email or calls. I left a message twice and no response for an appointment. I tried again with the online appointment. Got auto reply and no response. I heard great things about this doctor and looked forward to seeing if he could help me. Sad that his staff lacks basic courtesy skills. I wondered what criteria is used to vet potential patients or if Elizabeth makes the choices based on ? Disappointing

I had an appointment with Dr Rittenhouse for a PSA blood test. I called to get results for 5 days in a row and could not get an answer. Either they would put me on hold and never return or they would transfer my call to the appropriate person to answer my guestion. The person I would be transerfered to would never answer the ringing phone. Five days this continued until I called and got really ugly, which is not my style. If your health is a risk my advice would be to find another urologist.

Straight forward and honest. He and his staff have been completely professional. He personally answered a 5am phone call the morning after surgery and personally called my wife later that same day to check on our situation.
