Nice Dr. Trying to get a colonoscopy, no one answers the phone. Have to leave a message and they call back. They want you to carry the paperwork with you so when the call they can go over it with you and schedule the appointment. If you miss the call and call back they don’t answer. If you don’t have the paperwork they won’t schedule the appointment. I’m sorry shouldn’t it be the other way around. You call the office during business hours and have your paperwork. Or answer the phone when you call back. I really like the doctor but how the schedule needs to change.

Dr. Rosenheck has been caring for me for 4 years. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 5 years ago, and as a young woman I have always felt seen and heard by him. I've had doctors dismiss my pain and complaints, but he has always been helpful in addressing my concerns. He is very caring, professional, has great bedside manner, and I feel very lucky to have him as my GI.

Office staff does NOT answer the phone or return calls. You have to call and call and call. Takes weeks to reach someone if you are lucky to get a call back. Dr. Rosenhouse is very nice when you finally get an appointment.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Rosenheck?
Dr. Rosenheck is horrible. I didn’t feel well, bad pain and Gastro symptoms. I needed help after hours and he was the doctor on call, he started Yelling “why did I wait so late to call“, “I don’t feel well too” and “ I have to go to work tomorrow “. People wouldn’t call a physician if they felt well. He was rude, unprofessional and his not helpful. Unacceptable and shocking behavior coming from a doctor, who is on call and that’s part of his job. People can’t get sick at his convenience-do your job!!

My experience with Dr. Rosenheck was a great one. He really listens to you and cares. He takes what you say in consideration and his staff is so nice. When he first saw me he shook my hand and overall had a really good bedside manner. I felt very safe and he explained the procedure I was going to get done in a very thorough manner. Great doctor.

Dr. Rosenheck has been my GI for over 10 years. He is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. As I am a strong advocate of my own health care, I always have questions I present him with. He takes his time to answer my questions and concerns and take into consideration my level of knowledge about my condition. His office is well run but very busy. I have waited on average 30-50 minutes in the office. I have and would continue to recommend him to family and friends

I have been seeing Dr. Rosenheck for close to 10 years now. Dr. Rosenheck is one of the few doctors left in this world that really cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what the situation is. He is by far my favorite Doctor I have ever been to, and I would recommend him time and time again. I can't say enough good things about him.
