Wonderful Doctor ,He really cares for patient !
I found myself in a situation years ago in which I needed a doctor, Dr. David Rowles was present at that moment and concerned without questioning me, he already knew about my problem and helped me out of my situation, he attended me and wrote a note to my doctors certifying my problem that I presented that day. Today while looking at medical documents I found Dr. Rowles' note and I felt Thanksfull. Thank you very much Dr Rowles.

Absolutely insisted that I be seen every 3 months for HIV infection despite having been undetectable for more than 10 years and DHHS guidelines moving to 6 months viral load with no cd4 needing to be drawn after 2 years of being undetectable. This is a greedy Dr. who only wants to generate more revenue and has not kept up with treatment of HIV. He also had no idea what PrEP was. He might be good in treating other infections but run far and fast to another provider for current, quality HIV

I am alive because of Dr. Rowles and the care he provided me. When all bodily functions shut down from an unknown infectious disease...his team and Gods grace brought me back from the darkest of times. A short time after being released I was back at work even though he told me I most likely would never return to the lifestyle of work I was used to. Good strategy Doc...it made me fight my way back...Berny

Dr. Rowles saved me when I had an extensive life-threatening infection that turned out to be multi-drug resistant. I'd recommend him any day!
