The atmosphere in the office is very calming! I love the old fashioned music and all the salt lamps! I feel well taken care of from start to finish! I also love how modern and clean the office is, it's super nice for Kaua'i! I would even say the nicest dentist’s office on the island! I got my wisdom teeth out at Dr Russell’s office. I highly recommend him! The entire process was seamless. The staff and receptionists were so helpful and reassuring. I loved the calming aura of the office as well. If you need any oral surgery I recommend Dr Russell and his team to take care of you!

Doctor D is the best! I love him and his staff! The women that work for him are awesome and funny! This office feels like a fun place to work! They are efficient, clean, straightforward, and quick! I would highly recommend to the locals and my ohana, just put it on dakine credit card and get 'em teeth out! Great people and a great place! I had a Bud Light beer after the extraction, so we are good to go! Cheeee hoooo!!!!

Dr. Russell and his staff go above and beyond for every patient that walks in! They give a helping hand and open their hearts! All of the women there are kind, caring, and thoughtful. As someone who is a healthcare worker I know what it takes to run a success business. I understand what it is like to do customer service, it isn't the easiest, you must be patient with people. That being said I loved the attention to details and that they took the time with me. I was so nervous to get an Implant, but was pleasantly surprised. The warmth that came from every staff member was incredible! It felt homie and warm, there was a warm light! I didn't feel a thing and it was over before I knew it! Thank you Jesus for bringing these beautiful souls to work and help the community. Little island of Kauai needs more good people like them! His receptionist gave me a half hour video to watch to tell me about the implant procedure. A periodontist I met with in Oahu sat with me to discuss what to expect. I wanted to have the least amount of X-rays possible. I suggested Dr. Russell check with my dentist in Lihue to see if the X-rays required were already taken. The receptionist tried to phone my Dentist and said she left a voice mail. Without even looking at me Dr. Russell said SO ALL PATIENTS IN THE LOBBY COULD HEAR: “Dr. xxxxx office rarely responds in a timely manner to any voice mails we leave. I will be taking the X-Rays I need.” He was curt and demeaning. When I made the same request to the Periodontist in Oahu they phoned my dentist in Lihue and were told what their Lihue office had. The Perio staff in Oahu simply told my Dentist what additional X-Rays were needed. Not enough room to say all the other reasons I will never see him.

The office is gorgeous! I feel a sense of homie vibe every time I go in! There is calming music in every room, which helps relax me. I love that office decorates for the holidays! Christmas time was so adorable there were little dentist houses by a real Christmas tree and teeth decorations on the tree! Everyone there is super bubbly and sweet! I feel safe and trust the doctor and staff when I am there. The staff was professional and respectful. Let's not forget how cute the fish pond is with water lilies outside! I'm pretty sure this is the cutest dentist office on the island of Kaua'i. I would recommend him to close friends and family for sure! Thank you for bringing Aloha to the island of Kaua'i great places are hard to find on a small island so Mahalo Nui Loa for all you do Emerald Ohana! :)

My experience was excellent..the staff is very helpful and friendly and professional..the facility is completely up to date and calming..I am very happy and grateful to Dr. Russell .

From start to finish they are friendly, reliable, showed quality service, very caring, supportive, helpful and can't forget care about their patients well being. Overall best customer service experience! Very satisfied. Will definitely be coming back for my next implant. Hopefully after that it will be last, but if I do need another, you know i will back again. Thank and keep up the great work. Definitely a 5 stars experience and more.

Dr Russell’s office is pleasant and welcoming. His staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Russell is good at explaining options and treatments and does excellent work.

Since he is the only oral surgeon on island I trust him as a specialist to always do a great job! He allowed me to listen to music while I got my wisdom teeth out, which was lovely!
