Trusted Dr Sandler for 15 years!
I am a 50 year old female. I have been seeing Dr Sandler for PVC’s, Bradycardia and irregular heart beat for 15 years. He has always been professional, concerned, informative and compassionate about my heart health and treatment. My mother passed away 2 years ago from a sudden heart attack and Dr Sandler has been adamant about keeping up with my heart issues because of this. I would highly recommend Dr Sandler! I won’t see anyone else! ??

Dr. Sandler was my favorite doctor for several years and I was upset when he wasn’t my doctor anymore. His expertise and medical care for me is the reason I am as good as I am now. However, I do see him occasionally and he still takes care of my Coumadin levels. I will be forever grateful to him. He is the greatest doctor ever.

Dr. Sandler is great. Nine years ago I had a cryogenic ablation performed by him and have been free of a-fib until I caught Covid-19 last summer. I have had two meetings since then and an echocardiogram. He answered all my questions, gained additional information, and we are monitoring my condition. Great meetings with him.

Thoughtful, inquisitive as to "what brought you here," knowledgeable staff. In-depth probing of my history and possible additional/alternative diagnosis. Not in a rush. No sense of "preconceived" diagnosis as well. Diligent, perceptive, and warm.

Five Star, Very good! Madison covered the up front questions, she answered my questions which were few because she had already covered what, how and was there to help in any way. Dr. Sandler came in asked if anything else needed to be addressed; good lets go to helping you with your procedure. A great team, they get to the point of problems and tell you how they can help you.

Dr. Sandler is very thorough in his explanations. I was somewhat apprehensive and reluctant to schedule the heart procedure he recommended but, after his very clear explanation of my problem and the same clarity in his explanation of the procedure, my reluctance disappeared and I no longer have any qualms about having Dr. Sandler perform the procedure. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good electrocardiologist.

When I was admitted to the hospital in A-Fib and A-Flutter, Dr. Sandler was there for me to do a successful cardioversion on me - he rounded on me multiple times a day while I was hospitalized; collaborated with my other physicians; and had the pacemaker rep visit me personally to set up my transmitter. Then as outpatient he was able to successfully replace the generator in my pacemaker as well as do an ablation at the same time. He is not just an excellent physician but is also an activist in the community and cardiac activities interacting, teaching, and sharing his knowledge to help others even though they may not be his direct patient. He is compassionate and concerned about his patients as demonstrated by the time and care he showers on them to enable them to understand the nature of their illness and the requirements to recover therefrom. And, best of all the foregoing, it is done with a smile regardless of the internal stresses he must handle. Oklahoma is lucky to have him.

Dr Sandler and Madison make an incredible team! Dr Sandler has a state-wide reputation for being the absolute best EP cardiologist in Oklahoma! I felt very fortunate that they worked me into their very busy schedule. They also put me on a cancellation list that moved my ablation up a full 2 weeks. The care was incredible as I’ve been in 3 hospitals in the last 6 months! Dr Sandler is carefully monitoring my post-op issues to my complete satisfaction and my heart is returning to “normal”. I’m a medical field professional and understand that it’s impossible to please every patient. That’s the only way he doesn’t get 5 stars across the board! Dr Mike Hinkle

I drive from Norman to Tulsa to see Dr. Sandler. He takes interest in my condition and takes all the time I need for my visit and answers all my questions. There is a great doctor-patient dialogue. I would rate 10 stars if possible, Thank you Dr. Sandler for being the greatest!

I was referred by my cardiologist in another state who expressed that he believed that Dr. Sandler was a good doctor and that he could help answer some things for me about my newly discovered heart condition. I really learned a lot from my visit. My doctor's office seemed to have no trouble in getting me in within a reasonable amount of time. I didn't wait any time at all. Dr. Sandler was informative and helpful in answering questions. My concerns were addressed and I left with a plan which was very reassuring.

Dr. Sandler is extremely strong as a Heart Specialist and as a communicator. He has led me through a history of afib and anxiety and obesity ... to a point where by BMI is in the healthy range, my anxiety is under control and my afib is almost non-existent. His approach and commitment to my health is real. He is a blessing and I feel privileged to know him and call him my Heart Doctor.

It appears that he was able to stop my afib with the ablation. However, I was disappointed that he made no effort to follow up after my procedure, especially since I had some issues afterwards that required a trip to the ER. I had severe bruising and swelling and a lot of pain. I was unable to urinate on my own. I would have been nice to have him explain why I was having such difficulties. I have had four other major surgeries and this is the first time the doctor didn’t check to see how I was doing. The little handout that they gave me when I was released from the hospital did not did not prepare me for what I was dealing with. The staff, however, I have found to be very good and I have liked all of them.
