Blinded my eye
Dr. David Saperstein 2 offices in Seattle and Bellevue, WA Blinded my right eye due to excessive delay and too much gas he purged into my eye. He also faked in his report made it difficult for any attorneys I talked to, to file litigation against him. This ruthless dr. after he admitted 'I PUT IN TOO MUCH GAS' my wife asked him 'IF YOU CAME ON TIME TO HOSPITAL WOULD THIS HAPPEN?' he responded 'PEOPLE LIVE AND DRIVE WITH ONE EYE SO WHAT'. Then walked away and left.I consulted top 8 or 9 best attorneys in Seattle in this field but because of State of WA actually back doctors I could not file against him. This cruel dr. blinded my eye and dramatically changed my life for worse.

Dr Saperstein is such a wonderful kind smart and considerate heart felt person. I have been seeing him for a couple years and he is always very calm and considerate as well as a good listener and provider. I am so glad to have him as a big part in my difficult journey with post eye surgery I trust him so much and I am able to be calm during the repetition of injections

Dr. S. is great & deserves 5 stars himself, but I always have a long wait before being seen. My last visit was at 1:10 and I wasn't even put in a room until almost 2:00. I recommend that appt. scheduling be improved.

I highly recommended Dr. Saperstein. Prior to my appointment I was sent very good instructions about their location and necessary paperwork to be completed. I was greeted by name, each assistant I saw introduced themselves (greatly appreciated and rare). Dr. Saperstein took time to completely explain the test results, what to expect, and being sure I understood. All my questions were answered in an unrushed manner. He really cares about his patients.

Pleasant uncrowded office in the Nordstrom Tower with no seats roped off. I waited ca. 20-25 mins. and had to ask to learn they were running a little late. After that things were smooth and efficient incl. traffic flow and expert prep assistants. Dr. Saperstein came in immediately after prep. He's great at synthesizing medicine and plain English - logical progression of points that included timing, recovery and risk. He answered all my questions including where I fit among patients for severity (middle). He effectively contextualized the problem and how I'll think about it. If I go forward I'll see with Dr. Saperstein and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. My only complaint is a pre-appt seemingly endless or looped automated recorded message re time, address, masks, etc. that did not ask for confirmation and started in the middle of the recording.

In early June 2016 experienced a vitreal separation. It was a frightening and nerve-racking experience. The appointment was easily scheduled. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Saperstein was remarkable. His demeanor was calming. He explained what was going on with my eye in exquisite detail. He told me what to expect. He made great eye contact, listened, and understood my questions. And he took the time to carefully answer each one. I appreciated his sense of humor.
