Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

This man did the exact same thing to me as he did the other two complaints. I never get upset with experts on something I know nothing about. But this was ridiculous. I hate to complain about someone in my community where I try and keep business, but please do your research first. I'm requesting a refund (wont happen but the point might be made), a second opinion, my results from a $450 c scan, an c filing a complaint with all necessary departments.

The staff was very nice & courteous, but Dr Sargent contradicted just about everything any other doctor has ever told me about my allergies, sinusitis and my ears. He also told me I had a cold and that I needed to sleep more, even though I sleep 7-9 hours a night. He also told my runny nose and the drainage in my throat was due to reflux. I told him my ears felt full with pressure. He contradicted the doctor who said I had frontal sinusitis, which I get quite regularly. He did not even examine me. He did not look at my throat, my ears or up my nose. I showed him my allergy test results, made no difference to him. He said if the allergy medicine I was taking was not working, it was not allergies.

Dr. Sargent's staff and nurses were very kind and courteous. The Dr. however, made me feel like an idiot because I am younger. He told me I just had a cold and that the cure was to sleep more. My ears are both draining clear liquid and are itchy behind them and down my neck. He said that's not part of my ear. I told him my Eustachian tubes were itchy and swollen. He questioned me if I even knew where my Eustachian tubes are. He offended me and I will not return to this almost 80 year old doctor.

Removed large tumor involving several lymph nodes from around my Dad's vocal chord area that resulted in an additional 16 years of a wonderful and productive life. Our family cherished every moment and we will always remember the outstanding job done by Dr. David Sargent. He exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you and God bless you.
