Dr Schull came to hospital and was able to help me. He answered my questions. Was able to make follow-up appointment and get additional help and information. Staff is very helpful. Dr Schull is also my husband’s urologist.

Worst Experience
Do yourself a favor go anywhere else beside Baptist for Kidney Stones. Went into the ER unable to keep anything down, dehydrated, found out that I had a 8mm stone that would not be able pass. Baptist Urology wanted me to wait a WEEK before they had an opening. And if I felt worse I could go back to the ER and then they may do surgery sooner. Thanks I love paying for ER visits. Got my records went to a different clinic and had surgery within 24 hours of speaking to them. Never again!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! 1st problem .... appointment was scheduled incorrectly on another day than when we were advised 2nd problem.... staff was not friendly at all 3rd problem.... male nurse was very cold and very unfriendly 4th problem... we never received a call back at all (even though I called a couple of days after our appointment with the male nurse telling me he had not had time to review or continue) from the nurse with the follow up for the treatment we were to try DISSATISFIED!
