Dr Schwartz was confident, knowledgeable, and courteous. He knows what he is doing. My first appointment so far went great.

Call wait times have ranged from 20 to 55 minutes. Messages left at the triage office go unreturned. Dr. Schwartz was rushed and disorganized. And to add insult to injury (no pun intended) I was told to call the office for the biopsy results as "they are busy and forgetful". What kind of sadistic joke is this? It's been 3 days since the results should have been available. Since then - one and a half hours on hold, two messages left and still nothing. I just got off the phone with the scheduling staff (45 minutes on hold) and was told I will get a call tomorrow.

Self-verified patient of Dr. David N Schwartz - Posted on July 23rd, 2019 I went to Dr. Schwartz because he had the first available appt. (now I know why) for a routine ear wax removal. At the time of my appt. I had no ear pain. Waited for an hour in the waiting. Okay my turn, he rushed during the procedure and was quite aggressive with removal in my left ear which was extremely painful. When the wax came out, it was covered with red residue--my blood. After removal, had some pain the next day. Two days later, my ear extremely painful and has a clogged, full feeling. I specifically went to an ENT to remove my ear wax with finesse and prevent damage; I feel like I was butchered. Stay away!

I visited Dr Schwartz in May to look at my nose as it felt like I was not getting oxygen when I would breath. He inspected it and stuck a tube down to it check from a deviation, finding none. Assuming it was allergies he scheduled for a full allergy test and then proceeded to prescribe me over the counter Flonase...which I told him did nothing in the past. I used it as interned to no avail..sat though the allergy test for them to all come back negative. An for him to throw his hand in the air

My husband was recommended to Dr Schwartz by a friend, he is wonderful. The doctor said my husband needed his hearing checked, someone checked to see if it could be done the same day and it was, we were very grateful. However, we were not happy at all with the girl Melissa who did the test. She seemed to rush him through everything and I don't think we were given the proper attention from her. We will not be returning because of this.

The worst ENT doctor I have ever been to. I left his office in tears, he was abrupt, with absolutely no bedside manner. I went to his office due to an accident I endured as the ER said my nose was broken, he didn't agree and asked if this was a law suite? He then shoved a tube up my nostrils that hurt so bad I had tears, didn't even care. Many years later I found Dr. SCHEINER and he told me my nose was broken, I needed surgery ( the best ENT). I wouldn't recommend Dr. Schwartz at all!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Schwartz for 3 years now- as well as many of my family members. I have had nothing but positive experiences in his practice ( offices) - from his treatments, to his staff, to the cleanliness of the office. Dr.Schwartz takes the time to know his patient and give them the best form of treatment. I've seen him for many things, reflux, sinus infections, ear pain-- even facial mole removal. He not only is a fabulous Dr./Surgeon but he is a kind and caring person.
