Compassion, Confidence, and Expertise
Dr. Shafron has provided my son with excellent care. He took the time to investigate the situation, explain his plan, and answer our questions. He did not allow ego to get in the way and sought input from others in the field. It is obvious that he cares deeply for his patients and takes his pursues the best outcomes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a pediatric neurosurgeon.

I am also a surgeon. When my son fell ill. He was transferred to Childrens Hospital. Dr. Shafron was waiting for my son in the ICU,had already reviewed his imaging, and had the OR ready. There were no choices, my son was dying. After skipping registation and every bit of un-necessary paperwork and a quick trip to the CT scan, my son was in surgery within 30 minutes of arrival. Fortunately, my son has recovered well thanks to Dr. Shafron's dedication, fast action and skill.
