Terrible
Highly dissatisfied! Absolutely terrible bedside manner, I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully in a professional setting! Incredibly rude, absolutely no compassion. Would not recommend!

Dr Shin is fantastic. His staff, however, especially Claudia, are not the best at following up, and do not have the best tone when speaking to patients. A snappy attitude, interrupting and belittling does not make me feel welcome in this office.

Dr. Shin is a great Doctor with an outstanding bedside manner. He is a natural teacher and healer and can explains things that allow you to buy into new treatment strategies. We bring fear and denial and he get his patients to get passed that. We had trepidation about trying a new medication and he told about his conference at Harvard and the findings. I'd would recommend friends and families because this doctor is not out to kill you.

Spent plenty of time discussing my current medications and most recent lab results. We both agreed upon changes that needed to be done to ensure my health issues didn't become larger.
