Never thought I’d review a Dr online, but here we are. Dr. Smith was extremely condescending, rude, and insulting. I’ve never met someone in the health field with such a horrible personality. He’s clearly a narcissist and has zero regard for helping patients.

Best gastroenterologist I've ever had, and I've seen quite a few. I travel 4 hours, round trip, to see him. He has given me better care and insight into my ulcerative colitis that any doc. He stays on top of his profession and all the latest developments in his field. Reena, his PA, is fabulous as well, and I've never had such a caring, attentive nurse as Susan. No matter where I move for work, I would happily make the haul to come see him.

Dr. Smith's STAFF lacks professionalism. His scheduler, Gail, forgot to send me the email with all the information I needed to fill out and with the preparation procedures for the colonoscopy. I had to call to get them a week later. My follow-up nurse, Susan, was very unfriendly. I got the impression I was an inconvenience to her. After the colonoscopy, I was rushed out of recovery as soon as possible so she could go to lunch. Also, I was supposed to get results from pathology regarding the pol
