Dr Spence is a great surgeon/dr.
Dr Spence is excellent surgeon! He is intelligent/knowledgeable/kind. However, his staff does NOT need to stack visits. He is always at least an hour or 2 behind. I realize - I want him to take care of patients needs…. If you can text me to be there 15 minutes early- you can text me to not come until 1 hour later……..So frustrating.

Dr Spence is the best!!!
Brought son in with an ankle fracture, he’s a high school football player. Dr Spence has been very vigilant with his injury and very informative! He doesn’t try to talk over the patients head but helps break it down where he can understand what’s going on too.

Dr. Spence is wonderful! So patient & kind. We were referred to him with my daughter’s extreme snapping hip syndrome. He performed an IT band release as well as glut release on her. She is so happy to be pain free & back to playing ball. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled orthopedic in the Memphis area.

Dr. Spence has treated my children for several years and we could not ask for a more attentive, wise, and caring doctor. He is always extremely thorough and spends as much time as needed to assess and communicate. Dr. Spence has even checked in following appointments to see how we’re healing up. Dr. Spence is the absolute best! I could not ask for a better doctor. During both of my osteochondroma removals, he has taken the best care of me.
