Always makes you wait and wait and wait to be seen
I had an 11AM appointment on Friday, April 26th, and although I arrived just a few minutes late, I was not seen by Dr. Sussman until approximately 12:05PM. Having to wait that long to be seen is not acceptable in the least! Dr. Sussman's office is over-scheduling him, and whoever is doing the scheduling needs to really tone it down so that his patients can be seen without having to wait over one hour! I can understand maybe fifteen minutes or so, but not over an hour. And in all fairness, he's not the only doctor that makes you wait, but making one's patients sit in the waiting room for an excessive amount of time like this is quite inconsiderate, don't you think? I am however otherwise very happy with his expertise and the treatment I have received.

Absolut worse doctor I’ve ever gone to and that’s saying a lot as I’ve had some pretty awful experiences. Where do I begin? The moment he walked in the room he looked me up and down and pretty much “figured me out”. I told him I had extreme bladder problems that I’ve had for years but he said someone my age (I’m 32) shouldn’t have problems like that and asked if I was on drugs. He was extremely condescending with every word he spoke and when I would push back on his opinions, he’d simply say “well that’s just what it is”. Instead of sending me for a prostate exam he sent me to get blood work for my testosterone levels. I have problems maintaining erections as well and I know it’s all connected to my prostate. Once my testosterone levels came back normal (which I told him it would be) he said well wait a mo

went to several doctors all they wanted to do was test after expensive test- I probably saw them for 2 minutes. Dr. Sussman was the FIRST doctor to actually bring me to his consultation room and hear what I had to say- NO needless procedures and he was able to diagnose correctly my problem. Busy office and worth the wait and by the way- the staff was able to explain my insurance- what my deductible was etc. many people might not understand that many insurances today have large deductibles.

my worst experience ever dealing with any DR's office. I tried rescheduling appointment initially made by my primary care doctor. I could not get any word in. DR Sussman wife picked up the phone and her only concern was about my insurance. She did not care about my health. She was rude and very nasty when she said something inaccurate about my insurance, she would not allow me to correct her. She refused to have me speak with the Dr. and hung up. Stay away from this doctor. terrible staff

Finally a doctor who takes the time to listen to what's wrong, go over medical history, thoroughly explain options and and then follow up to see how I'm doing! I'm so used to doctors speeding appointments that I never get to ask all my questions. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Sussman! There is a wait, but that's because he takes time to speak with you to ensure that your problem is taken care of properly. Every time I've left his office I felt proactive, knowledgeable, confident and cared for.

I had a ridiculously horrible experience with this doctor. He did not respect my confidentiality at all, talking loudly about my condition to me from inside his office while I was in the hall with other people. He also felt my prostate with no warning or explanation of what he was about to do. It was shocking and unprofessional.
