Dr Tachna treated my 87yo father in Oct2020 (during Covid) with incredible professionalism and unyielding determination. Dad had been in the care of an unassociated hospital for a small diabetic would on his ankle in Aug2020. While in that hospital system and rehab centers, it turned into an enormous wound with necrosis exposing his acchiles and after 2 months there was talk of amputation. Dad was determined to keep his foot/leg and walk again. Within weeks under Dr Tachna's care, Dad's leg was healed and beautiful new tissue formed. His attitude and expertise gave my Dad the hope he needed when so many other Doctors were ready to throw in the towel. My family holds Dr Tachna in very high regard.

Fabulous surgeon + support staff. Highly recommend; this is coming from a surgical RN who has seen many surgeons while working in my profession and who does NOT let many doctors/nor choose many doctors for my own care. This recommendation is unqualified!! I have been his patient for two surgeries and cannot thank Dr. Tachna (& staff) for their wonderful and competent care! In my opinion and experience with this person, he is abrupt, no bedside manner and a poor care provider. I would give zero stars if possible. PATIENTS BEWARE!! I sought care at another provider, received the help needed, all while proving that Tachna was grossly inappropriate with his care. I shudder to think he treats unsuspecting patients.
