My mom is 80 years old and diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. She is very happy with Dr. Tay. He genuinely cares about his patients and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to make my mom feel very comfortable and not afraid at all to do her dialysis. He spent sometime with her talking and checking her over. I would highly recommend him.

Worst doctor ever. Called two times in four months and he was rude over the phone and recommended I not go to the emergency room even when I was in pain.
