Incredible Care, Attentive Personable Service
Sudden Macular Hole with 4 retina tears. Got me in the day after I called. Surgery the next day (outpatient), follow up the day after with same surgeon. He said everything is looking good and made sure I understood recovery steps and expectations. Fantastic Drs... Fantastic staff ... Fantastic experience!

Detached rental surgery

Excellent Doctor and office staff
I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Telander over the last couple of years at the Roseville Retinal Consultants office. He is alway personable and friendly and answers all my questions. I also had an emergency this last year when my eye was chemically injured and he responded very quickly on a Saturday morning and was so helpful! He has a great demeanor and I am so glad I was referred to him by a friend. The office staff and techs are efficient and friendly and I have only waited a few minutes before being called back. They are all respectful and listen well! Rare to find such a well run office these days. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you need this type of specialized care!

Highly recommend Naomi, technician
Naomi did an excellent professional job explaining the test, preparing me for it, explaining everything she was doing as she was doing it and carefully placing intricate parts of the equipment in the exact position needed. A professional and compassionate doctor!
Even though there are many patients in the office when I’m there, Dr Telander takes the time to answer my questions. (I had a stroke in one eye.) He also tells me what he is doing and why, which means I’m not shocked when I get a shot in my eye! I will truly miss his kindness and his excellent care for my eyes when we move next month.

Dr. Telander is phenomenal. He's knowledgeable, and plugged into the most up-to-date research in his field. His office staff is atrocious. After years of going there, they have never once followed up as they said they would. Furthermore, I had to call their office to make sure I didn't miss a bill. Turns out their staff didn't process it and my call got it going. A few months later, the first bill I received was a "final notice" threatening to send me to collections. Pretty ridiculous.
