Compassionate and caring
Dr. Thompson was personable, down to earth and compassionate. X rays taken quickly when I was first brought back, he reviewed my x rays and medical history before entering the room and took the time to listen to me describe my knee issue and answer my questions. He gave a clear and understandable description of my knee condition along with recommended treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

Took X-ray to see what the problem is. He took time to answer all questions. Dr. Thompson has a great welcoming personality.

I was very pleased with the whole process .
The staff were very polite and diligent. The whole process moved very fast . My waiting time was only about 5 minutes after checking. I had c rays done, explanation of what I had and treatment provided by the doctor in a very positive environment. It was a refreshing experience specially when you are feeling pain. I give them an A.

I like Dr. Thompson, but his staff is horrible.
I discovered immediately upon leaving his office that I needed to change my surgery date. I immediately called and have now called 7 times. I can't get anyone to change it.

Professional & friendly
Dr. Thompson was not only through while examining my shoulder and arm, but he took the time to explain how the muscles work.I feel confident that the treatment plan he laid out for me is the best chance I have to recover from my injury.

Great experience
I mixed up my appointment date but they worked me in same morning. Staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Thompson was to the point and referred me for next steps. Overall great experience even though I messed it up!

Treatment
I went to see Dr. Thompson because I was having severe pain in my knee.He was very kind, professional and efficient. He diagnosed me with arthritis. I never would have known or suspected that. I’m looking forward to working with him for the next few weeks to resolve the temporary flareup I’m having with this knee. I would recommend him. He will be my doctor for my bones moving forward.

Dr. Thompson repaired my right rotator cuff
I started experiencing in my left arm and shoulder pain last 2 weeks and the symptoms are identical issues back in 2022 so I went into see Dr Thompson and his diagnosed the problem and he repaired my right shoulder…I didn’t experience any real uncomfortable discomfort and with physical therapy my arm is back to full use and extension
