Worst medical experience
Have had the worst experience with this doctors office. They never sent the referrals to other specialists or lab orders so I am forced to go back to the office constantly to get printed orders. You aren't allowed to have any extra kids with you when you take your child to an appointment. which sometimes is hard for a month of 3. They will force you to reschedule an appointment you have waited over two months for. It is especially frustrating when they have referred you to multple other specialists , have required an un-godly amount of test and then you can't even get in to see them to go over results. My son is medically complex and has lots of doctor's appointments and this is by far the worst office we have dealt with. They are also extremely unfriendly to little kids that need allergy shots and cry. It is almost like they can't get on the kids level and try to help calm them down. If you have the option I would recommend going somewhere else. We will probably be taking our kid out

Fraud
Made an appointment for amoxicillin allergy testing for my sons at recommendation of pediatrician. Told them this upon making appointment. On the day of the appointment when we checked in we told them we were there for amoxicillin testing. They said ok and said we had to pay the copay of $50 for both kids up front. We paid and after a short wait were taken back to wait for the doctor. The doctor came in and asked a few questions and then they informed us they did not have amoxicillin tests and we would have to come back another time. We asked for a refund on the copay since they didnt provide the service we were there for and they refused saying that we had to pay for an 'initial consult' and would have to come back again another time. We asked when that would be and they said they did not know when they would get tests and we would have to keep calling back to see if they had them in the future. Why would you schedule appointments for testing you are unable to provide? It was very sca

worst office staff in the Valley
My child has over 10 specialists in Las Vegas. Dr. Tottori's office staff is hands down the absolute rudest, they are completely without compassion. Furthermore, when you speak with the office manager Ari, she claims she personally spoke with Dr. Tottori and the staff is merely complying with his orders. Jennifer at the front desk is rude, but the worst part is that she is a liar. We arrived 12 minutes late to the appointment but had to stand in line while Jennifer handled 2 patients before us. As soon as I approached, she noted the time, and said I was 3 minutes past their 15 minute policy. I corrected her, and then she asked an employee at the front door what time I walked in. The employee truthfully stated she had been away, and did not check me in. I told Jennifer I had spent the 7 minutes in line, waiting for her. They refused to see my disabled child, who had traveled over 40 minutes for the visit. The office manager claimed it was the doctor's decision not to see my baby.

Professional and complete care
Staff is always friendly and professional. If they don't have the answer to a question they find someone who does before your visit is over. Ashley (MA) was fantastic!

Staff was extremely helpful and patient despite being late to my appointment. They explained everything in detail and made sure to answer any questions I had. Arianna was the kindest tech I’ve had and very helpful with explaining reasons for symptoms and prescriptions

The behavior of the Doctor and staff was completely unprofessional. They gave my wife instructions to stop her allergy and asthma medication three days prior to her appointment for testing. So my wife came to her appointment struggling to breathe due to not being on her asthma. She was congested due to not being on her antihistamines. She had no fever nor any other symptom of Covid-19. She has had two negative tests for Covid-19 in the last 30 days. The Dr. offered her a tele-appointment. How are you supposed to run a test over the phone? What kind of asthma and allergist Doctor would not recognize the symptoms of allergies and asthma. pathetic.
