Terrible
Do you enjoy the dulcet tones of a loved one sobbing in pain at night? Would you like to extend their suffering? Are you in the market for a medical professional you see for less than 30 seconds, is unreachable, lacks ambition, and jumps straight to labeling you a pill-seeker? Then look no further—this doctor is the gold standard of apathy and arrogance! When we came in, we naively thought we’d find someone who’d listen to my parent’s years of documented chronic pain. Silly us! Instead, we encountered Dr. David Tylicki, who has allowed my father's quality of life to drop past zero due to his unwillingness to understand his level of pain or explore other treatment options. If you like your doctors cold, judgmental, and completely uninterested in helping their patients, this one’s a winner. But if you value compassion, professionalism, or even just basic human decency, save yourself the trouble—and your dad the sleepless nights—and find literally anyone else.

Pain management
Dr Tylicki is a smart yet funny doctor who knows what to do to decrease my pain from arthritis. He performed the shots in my neck prior to my RFA and did two epidural shots to my back, both of which helped tremendously! I enjoy our appointments especially since I feel he cares about me as a person and patient.

Dr Tylicki was awesome, with a great bed side manner. I don't run into very many funny doctors and appreciated his sense of humor. Aside from making one feel relaxed in a place they would rather not be (Hospital), he knew right away on how to relieve the pain in my neck, which I have been dealing with for 10 years now. For the first time in about 10 years I feel great, as he was able to do the procedure the same day vs. just he consult I thought I would be doing. He was also able to point out some items that some other Doctor's had done wrong and why I have not gotten better. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and professional.

Not good beside manner. Very cold to my pain. Accused of faking the amount of pain I was in and Would not fill out forms for handicap parking.

The Doctor must follow what his employer says. The Doctor knows Cortisone injections around the spine do nothing. He is forced to follow a bad practice. He doesn't have the tools he needs to help people. Most people he treats suffer from ligament laxity that's not shown on MRI, CT scan, Flexion X-Rays. His treatment is outdated. Digital motion X-Rays are needed for whip lash victims. The Doctor should admit that nerve conduction tests don't work for most people. The system..not HIM.

My daughter, Becky, broke her tibia and fibula in gymnastics. Dr. Tylicki was able to calm my daughter down and provide a reference to an excellent surgeon. Becky continues to see Dr. Tylicki for follow up. We love his dry sense of humor!

I can not in good judgement recommend him to anyone. I came to him for help and now have more pain and problems. He neglected to listen to what I was telling him as far as my daily struggles with pain ,he turned me over to his totally incompetent side kick which in my opinion has no place handing out Band-Aids much less diagnosing, treating or anything else with a fragile human being. The compassion from either one was lacking. If you can't understand or help You Don't Belong In That Profession

Highly DO NOT recommend. Doesn't listen to patient symptoms or history along with being very rude & condescending. When a patient already deals with crippling daily pain, the last thing needed is a doctor with such rude mannerism. He seemed more interested in everything else except the patient he is seeing at the time. The front desk staff was amazing, excellent facility but unfortunately not a pleasant experience with this doctor.

Poor listening skills. Exhibits nervousness while in procedure room. Openly complains to staff while patient is laying on table, unnecessarily rude to staff and reprimands them during procedure, thus making patient uncomfortable and more anxious. It's hard enough to be calm while someone is sticking a needle in your spinal area.
