This doctor and his his entire office needs to find another profession. Their customer service is horrible and Dr Walters does nothing to help his patients. I will never go back and will tell all my family and friend NOT to ever go to this office. I will be making a fomal complaint

I called to talk to Dr Walter's nurse because I am very concerned about my 92 year old Granny! This is the second day after calling and tomorrow is Christmas and no response! If they cared about their patients, they would return calls! I called back after my Granny passed away from not breathing and I was told the manager would call me and she never did!

Dr Walters was good a few years ago. He sits and talks with you a very long time. During this talk, I decided to tell him I went to an urgent care and the OB/GYN and what was done. I told him for his notes, as my PCP. The way it was noted/coded it didn't fit under the "Yearly Physical" category and they tried to charge extra. I explained to the office mgr that was incorrect but Dr Walters never called me back to discuss/clarify with the Ofc Mgr. I sent confidential letters that were shared.

I have been coming to Dr. Walter's office since 1997. Most often I visit with his PA's, although I don't mind meeting with Dr. Walters himself. Currently it is Barbara Watkins. She is great! I just have a tough time scheduling appointments because I live in Arlington & work in Irving and can only make appointments in the early morning.... so I have to wait.
