A great therapist
This was my first experience with a psychiatrist and I was ( and continue to be) well served. Dr. Walzer asked the right questions and allowed me to find the answers that made my therapy so effective. He doesn’t have you talk and then just prescribe meds. Losing a child is hard. He opened up a new life view for me and I am grateful. .

Top-Notch Physician
Dr. David Walzer is thoughtful, caring, trustworthy, and capable. He is the only person I would ask to complete my treatment plan, and to give the subsequent care. My life has depended on his providing treatment more than once, and he has been there to save my life! I asked Dr. Walzer to be my best friend. Without him, I would not be stable.

Dreadful. He reduced my medication on the first visit and when I told him on subsequent visits that I was having delusional thoughts, he made a joke. As a result I am now unable to work . Stay well away from this man.

Meeting Dr. Walzer was the best thing that has ever happened to me and my family. I have seen a dozen doctors and all were unsure of how to treat me. Its scary not knowing what is wrong with you. Dr Walzer is assertive, confident and diagnosed me where others doctors could not. I am finally on the right meds and have made huge progress. I have heard myself talk in plenty of appt. but Dr Walzer is different. He takes the wheel, has a plan and a plan 2 ready. He is always accessible by phone!

What I really wanted to write here was pretty negative but will be professional as he was professional with me. Perhaps you will have a much different exp. than me. Two Drs post being seen by Dr Walzer both stated my time with him was traumatizing. I can personally say I got worse, much worse and that is why I broke off contact. I never thought I could come back from where I got to under his direction. Thankfully I have under the direction of a highly trained Dr.

Dr. Walzer is not your typical psychiatrist who wants to just prescribe something and be done. He listens to your issues and comes up with an individualized plan that fits your specific needs and goals...he addresses ongoing issues and recommends partnerships with therapist to delve deeper into the root of behaviors and anxieties. Always attentive when it comes to refilling medication on time and is accurate and fast. I would recommend him to anyone.
