Felt a dismissive attitude. Was unable to present all info, rather than answering a question I was cut off. Imo written conclusions do not accurately reflect the problems experienced.

Terrible visit. Dr. was uninterested in the answers to the questions he asked. Was absolutely no help in even starting a discussion about a path back to normal living and working. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Dr. Weaver went out of his way to explain everything to me that was going on. He referred me to others to have an epidural and shots for the pain. I like it because he (and the others he referred me to) do not just push medicine at me. His staff was caring and thorough. This was the first time I met him and his staff, but I am impressed.

Just under 3 yrs ago I was age 48 and suffering debilitating back, neck, arm, and leg pain. Dr Weaver started with my lower back, where he found significant stenosis issues due to arthritis and old injuries. He told me in layman's terms what needed to happen and why. Told me straight up that I had the spine of an elderly man. Cut me open, did all that was possible, and I was functional again. He was very good at reading me and communicating accordingly. It was more like talking with a friend.

This is a follow-up from my 1st review and after my surgery. He is an amazing Dr. Surgeon. He and his entire staff was so professional and wonderful to get my surgery taken care of before, during and after. The pain that I had endured for almost 2 years was gone I could have danced down the hospital hall. Thank all of you for doing a wonderful job on me. I have told everyone how great all of you are.

Dedicated, attentive, thorough, and thoughtful approach to understanding a condition and treatment that presented many complications. He has been available and accessible throughout and has a very warm and attentive bedside manner. Tremendous work load, but strives to give us the time and attention needed. An excellent surgeon, with a true eye for the details that aren't always apparent. Would highly recommend Dr. Weaver!

He seems to have forgotten how to interact with people that are there for help. If he ever knew. I went one time and you could see he wasn't listening. Being a doctor doesn't make you a god, it makes you an employee.

Doctor Weaver's nurse needs to learn how to deal in a caring way with patients that are on medicine and in pain. His nurse showed little compassion for my pain and will not go out of her way to help me get a prescription filled to help with pain. I had to travel three hours back to Evansville from a family get together to try to get prescription filled because nurse didn't tell me i had to pick up written prescription in person before i left. Upon arrival nurse refused to help me.

Dr. Weaver spent as much time as needed with me to help me through my issues. He explained that Spinal Stenosis was difficult to diagnose with an MRI or X Ray and that exploratory surgery (which would be beneficial in my case) was typically not covered by insurance. I've gone through the Ice it down or Get lumbar shots bit enough times to know most MD's pass cases like mine to the next specialist since it's unprofitable. Dr. Weaver did what he could to help and did fix the right leg.

Wait for 30 minutes to see him and he might spend all of 5 minutes with you.. I would never go back to him. In all fairness he operated on my neck and have had no problems with it. I still had other issues. He was supposed to get an EMG test set up for me. (Not something I could set up myself) Two months later (after several phone calls to remind his nurse about the EMG) I finally got a notice about the appt which was still another month away. No way would I return.

The office staff was very rude; waited a total of 1 1/2 hours for my appointment. Dr. Weaver supposedly look at my MRI and said everything looked fine.I had 2 discs that were bulging, two tears, and sliding going on with two of my discs that needed addressed. Dr. Weaver ordered x-rays but I never received results. 3 weeks later I pick up my results myself at the hospital & it did show the significant sliding & noted calcification on my abdominal aorta. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR.
