I saw Dr. Weir for a lung condition that I have. I appreciated that he did say (of course) that I should stop smoking but he didn’t browbeat me about it which I appreciate very much. He seems very knowledgeable and kind. I’m glad I went to him.

I had to wait a while for my initial appointment but it was worth the wait. I felt like I was in very capable hands from the moment I entered the office. Dr. Weir was very thorough and kind and wanted to get to the root of my problem. His staff was efficient and patient. I appreciate the time he took with me and would recommend him without reservation.

Was positively surprised by this Doctor who not only took the time to explain my medical situation, but also laid out plans for future action and patiently explained them to me. I felt I was in good, experienced hands and would recommend Dr Weir very highly.

Total bed side manner impeccable. His patience to hear what I thought about my health stood out to me is his best quality.

Despite being athletic and generally healthy, I have managed to end up getting lung problems that have led to me being admitted to WCM in lower Manhattan not once but twice. So while I am not sure how I have bee so careless with my breathing, I think my repeat experiences make me well placed to comment on Dr Weir and the hospital. And it is simple, if you are in need of great attentive care and fabulously meticulous followup as you recover go to WCM and get yourself to Dr. Weir. I work at another medical facility but thank heavens for that hospital and for Dr. Weir. And if I am ever on for a third pulmonological event, that is where you will find me.
