One Of The BEST!
Dr Wexler has been my GI doctor for over 8 years and he originally was recommended to me by both my parents who had seen him for many previous years. This will be my 4th colonoscopy with Dr Wexler. Since moving away from Clark to the Toms River area 60 miles away, I still travel to Clark to see Dr Wexler. He’s a true Expert in his field and most patients that were recommended to him by others know that he is a diamond in the rough. He is not a bedside coddler, but more of a quiet, calm, confident, well experienced physician with over 40 years of experience under his belt. I respect him immensely and know that I am well taken care of when I’m in his care. His office gals also have fought for me with my insurance company (and won) on a procedure that they wanted to deny but I was rightfully entitled to based on my family history of colon cancer. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism and persistence!

Do NOT waste your money or precious time!
From a recent visit, my experience with Dr. Wexler and his staff was atrocious. I waited for 53 minutes in his office before I was seen. The entire Wexler staff lacks professionalism, courtesy, understanding, and compassion for patients. I suffer from a gut-related illness, waited for over a month to book an appointment and the results have been poor. Moreover, I was charged $613.62 for only an office visit. Feeling deceived, perplexed, and unsure of my health, I decided to seek a second opinion. This time I felt more confident with the care I received from another GI physician, but I ended up paying more out of pocket to achieve the care that I should have received in the first place from Dr. Wexler. I neither recommend Dr. Wexler nor his staff. Much improvement in patient care is warranted.

Very disappointed with him! Went with my husband to have the colonoscopy performed and no information shared to us by Dr. Wexler. Met with our primary HCP during our physical and he informed us what was done. We are looking for another doctor and will never return to him.
