Dr. Zaboli was unprofessional during our visit. He said that I must be from NY when I was surprised at the mention of a CT scan. Displaying this kind of prejudice is insensitive and alarming in this day and age of inclusivity and acceptance. He never explained why the CT scan might be necessary nor did he inquire why mentioning it upset me. I thought he would be smart having graduated from John’s Hopkins but apparently he over generalizes people from certain geographic locations which proves ignorance. I would never let him near me again and neither should you.

Misdiagnosed+
Dr. Zaboli completely missed the (very obvious to me) presence of fluid behind my eardrum, he never performed the protocal 'puff test' diagnosic procedure to verify. One week later, his office staff insisted on charging me for my appointment to get properly evaluated due to his oversight!..... I walked out. Why should I pay twice when it should have been done correctly the first time????

Horrible. Saw my child in the hospital and made several promises about care and treatment. totally left us hanging for hours and then had a resident come in and say there was a miscommunication and to follow up with him in his office instead. It wasn't a miscommunication - he blew my child off, changed his mind, got called home for dinner, I don't know, but we will never follow up with him. Horrible care. I couldn't even give him one star if that were an option.
