I had one appointment. I was called the day before and it was rescheduled. During our appointment I felt listened to and I felt he answered any questions I had. A day after the appointment there was an issue with the pharmacy and medication. I called to speak with the doctor. I was told he would return my call within 24 hours. After 12 days and several more calls, he never returned my call or addressed the issue with the pharmacy.
