Dr. Dawn Buzzell, MD

I would not recommend her as a ob/gyn doctor to ANYONE. She doesn’t care about her patients this is just a job. She was not helpful. Also, she pretty much made me feel shity.Worse OB/GYN I have ever had. I rather stuck to the hospital with different doctors daily visit than her. She was never attendant and she was plain cold. She made my pregnancy difficult and horrible back in 2015. Worse Doctor I’ve ever had! Kaiser needs to do better, love my pediatric now! Would never go back to this person.

Dr. Buzzell left me sitting naked (paper gown) in her office for an hour before she arrived. I was inches away from walking out. She did not offer any apologies, did not listen to any of my questions - just responded "sure, that's normal" with no other details, rushed through the exam and did not warn me before inserting the speculum. I felt like a piece of meat and left feeling violated and hurt. ZERO bedside manner.

Very frustrating experience - Dr. Buzzell insisted that my new and marked menstrual issues were normal despite my having needed surgery the year before for similar issues. I pleaded with her to help me figure things out, but she would not offer anything other than putting me on birth control, which can actually grow the uterine fibroids I suspected were causing my issues. I suffered for over half a year til I could get new insurance & a new doctor who is now helping me. Awful.

Dr. Buzzell saw my daughter recently. I was very happy. She is very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and understanding. She has all the quality that I expect from a matured and experienced provider. I definitely recommend her for family and friends.
