I am a new patient of Dr. Cortland and saw her for only the third time this week. She's awful. 35 minutes late to the appointment. No acknowledgment. Scolded me for not getting labs despite sending me to labs that didn't perform the tests needed. When I asked for details on results, was literally told, "I don't know, you need to talk to a specialist." Mentioned a bad PCP at work, and someone literally said, "Was it Dr. Cortland? She's the worst." Stay away. FAR away.

My husband woke up sick. I was informed that this office does not keep a few appointments open for current patients who are acutely ill. They told me that they will accommodate a sick patient if it is a slow week in their schedule but that they are "a business" and do not keep openings if they are able to book up with appts. made in advance. So, if you are young and only go to the doc when sick, skip this office. They told us to go to urgent care. No openings all week. ??

I was very disappointed in the care my mother received.DR was very rushed Only gave us 5 min of her time.Did not want to answer any of our concerns.Basically blew us off. Her name does not appear on prescriptions.?? Too ready to give RX without listening to really what is going on. Why is she practicing medicine?
