long waits to see Dr., and she caters to her own kind. takes forever to revive medical forms back from office, and always gives the most difficult times when filling out forms, if your not on top of the office they will forget

Dr. Baez has been my mothers PCP for quite some time, while my mother enjoys visiting this doctor for her care, her office has some pitfalls. The staff, absolutely disgusting and ill mannered for a doctors office. Most of them make it known the don’t truly care about the patient’s wellbeing. Also, making an appointment is absolutely useless as the office will have you waiting in a waiting room for 1.5 HOURS AND at least 20-30 mins in the office room for the doctor. Use your brain, schedule less

Seriously, I don't know how they call her Doctor, or she got a Board certification, she does not really care about patients when the patient call to her office she never respond to the calls, worst doctor, she is not even with you at least 5 minutes or ask the patient how you feel, and the staff are not really friendly or care about the patient, a couple of time I have been with my mom, and hear them how they talk to the patients, also my mom a senior person make them wait for almost 2 hours.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Dr. Baez is fine I guess. She barely takes 5 minutes with you. Maybe it's because her staff quadruple books her. Maybe she doesn't really look. Who knows. Her staff? God awful. Literally terrible interpersonal skills. Doesn't matter how friendly you try to approach them, they have an attitude as if they are gods gift to this earth. Their office opens at a certain time? Good luck talking to someone. They need to get their breakfast first.
