His staff is rude, dismissive, and disrespectful!
Staff was dismissive and rude. When I asked a question, the staff would act like she was offended. I called about my orthotics and the staff hung up on me because I asked why it was taking so long for the orthotics to come in (it has been nearly a month). Also, in addition to paying for the orthotics, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 just to have Dr. Clement put them in my shoes.
